INCLUSIVITY
We practice inclusivity by learning and applying techniques on all hair types (1a-4c). We also have visagists who specialize in cutting hair for different face shapes. Montreal is filled with so many beautiful cultures, it is our honor to be their hair home.

SUSTAINABILITY
We all have the power to make the world a better place. In our case, waste is something we have always been conscious of. We have been a Green circle salon for over 5 years and been able to recover up to 95% of our beauty waste.
EDUCATION
When you know better you do better. We provide all the tools so that continued learning is easy, accessible, and FUN. We have intensive color and cutting training for new talent and have kick started amazing careers for our team.

Customer loyalty is the currency of a successful career. Making sure every client is treated with the utmost respect, integrity and care not only builds a strong clientele, it also makes you feel good. Through education on empathy, psychology and customer service, we hone in on customer experience and service.
